Noodle Soup with Medium Beef (slice), Well Done Beef (brisket), Tendon: Very nice slight sweet & refreshing broth. Today no beef balls, so replace with more tendon, very soft. The beef slices are very nice. Pho is soft but not mushy, many meats. Will come back for this😋😋😋
The menu has English but need little brainstorm to figure out the 'English'😄 Finally i figure out what is beef well done by refering to the vietnamese word 'nam' 腩. The list goes on with "Greatest Fried Chicken", "Medium Beef", " Beef Pan" .... also have steam clamp & chili grab...
Pho rolls very nice also, like cheecheongfun.
The Banh Mi will be better if have more vege inside . Very very crispy, but very dry also as the ingredient is thin layer.
The chili sauce is sweet & little spicy, nice.
Drinking water is in kopitiam glass, the bottom of the glass will look dirty after using for long time.
Went there 11am, then many ppl come in around 12pm, seems like it is oways full house during peak hour as the price is reasonable.
Definitely will come back to taste more dishes.
